How can the textile industry "improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions"

in order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong's textile industry and the pace of enterprise scientific and technological innovation, Guangdong Textile Engineering Society organized and held an exchange meeting on "biological sizing and dyeing and finishing technology". SGS General Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd. (projector of lower impact test auxiliary machine is referred to as SGS) as the only third-party testing and certification organization spoke at the meeting. On the same day, Liu Yang, an expert from SGS energy efficiency and low carbon service department, and more than 200 enterprise representatives attended the meeting to discuss how the textile industry can achieve "improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions" and how to respond to the challenges of low-carbon economic globalization, and seize new market opportunities to achieve sustainable development of energy conservation and emission reduction. The conference was a complete success. Through the dissemination and exchange of new technologies, the textile industry has been greatly promoted to develop in the direction of "energy conservation, environmental protection, new type and high efficiency". It can be seen that the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction has gradually become the new focus of the development of the textile industry

in the on-site

meeting of the conference, Liu Yang, a senior energy efficiency and low-carbon expert of SGS, mainly shared how to achieve "improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions" from four aspects:

by comparing the experience of energy-saving projects at home and abroad, it was verified that effective energy management can bring sustainable energy conservation and emission reduction

ways and methods to improve energy efficiency, such as energy efficiency audit, equipment testing and the establishment of energy management system, energy efficiency and low-carbon talent cultivation

the "three steps" to realize low-carbon development: short-term carbon inventory greenhouse gas inventory, medium-term carbon footprint life cycle analysis and long-term carbon neutralization and offset greenhouse gas reduction

sharing of practice cases of well-known large enterprises, governments and financial institutions at home and abroad

in recent years, the textile industry has not only to face the double pressure test of the global economic downturn and energy conservation and emission reduction, but also to solve the problems of talent shortage and insufficient backup technology reserves of enterprises, which seriously restrict the pace of transformation and upgrading of the textile industry and scientific and technological innovation of enterprises. In this seminar, SGS, an invited third-party testing and certification institution as technical assistance, gave technical guidance and training to help enterprises improve their awareness and technology of energy conservation and emission reduction, so that enterprises in the textile industry can fully understand and comply with the development requirements of the times, and rely on energy conservation and emission reduction technology to expand greater space for sustainable development

in the field of energy efficiency and low carbon, SGS is another advocate for coping with global climate change and a leader in providing testing and certification solutions. It always pays attention to environmental protection and energy conservation and focuses on the green future. In China, at present, the professional service team of energy efficiency and low carbon has covered Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou, so that the experimental machine can support 0.2% of the full load of the sensor ⑴ 00% Curve optional: stress-strain, force elongation, force time, force strain, strength time and other curves can be selected to operate more efficiently in multiple cities. SGS provides governments, enterprises, financial institutions and other industries with comprehensive solutions for energy efficiency, low-carbon and product ecological design, such as energy management system, energy conservation measurement and verification, energy audit, greenhouse gas inventory, product carbon footprint, product life cycle audit, product and packaging ecological design, material recycling evaluation and related training. Help all parties achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals, find energy-saving space, reduce energy costs, improve product added value, establish a good institutional reputation and obtain sustainable competitiveness
