The disadvantage of manual hole digging pile is that the labor intensity in hole digging is large, and the construction speed of single pile is slow, especially the safety is poor. 1. Common safety accidents of hole digging pile

2. Hole opening enclosure measures

concrete retainer must be poured around the hole opening, and fence enclosure must be set on the retainer, which should be 0.8m higher than the ground, as shown in Figure 1. When working in the hole, someone must be on top of the hole. The excavated earthwork shall be transported away from the orifice in time, and shall not be stacked within 1m around the orifice. Tools and people shall not be placed on the concrete enclosure. Operators in the hole must wear safety helmets and safety belts, and also wear gas and dust masks under special circumstances. When using buckets to transport soil, corresponding preventive measures must be taken to prevent falling objects from injuring people. The electric hoist can be put into operation only after its safe lifting capacity is checked. During the construction, the intactness of the vertical transportation equipment and the hole wall shall be checked at any time

3. Anti poison measures in the hole

special underground formations often contain Co, SO1, H1s or other toxic gases. Therefore, before each hole is lowered, the gas in the pile hole must be sampled and tested (using a quick detection tube). If the content of harmful gas exceeds the allowable value, the harmful gas should be removed to the hygienic standard of the minimum allowable concentration of chemical poisons, and sufficient safety and health precautions should be taken, If special equipment is set to ventilate the hole, the tear strength value 1 is generally related to the shape of the sample, the tensile speed, the experimental temperature, ventilation (ventilation volume is not less than 15l/s) and other measures to prevent the occurrence of acute poisoning accidents. In case of poisoning, asphyxiation and other accidents in manual hole digging operation, rescue must be carried out on site according to the requirements of emergency measures specifications, and sent to the hospital for further rescue and treatment according to the situation, and reported to the local construction administrative department and labor and health departments, so as to take corresponding measures

4. Anti electric shock measures

all power supplies and circuits on the construction site must be installed and removed by certified electricians. The electrical equipment must be strictly grounded or neutral protected and installed with leakage protector. The power consumption of each pile hole must be switched off. It is strictly forbidden to use more than one switch. The cables on the hole must be overhead for more than 1.0m, and it is strictly forbidden to drag the ground and bury them in the soil. The cables and wires in the hole must be protected against abrasion, such as sheaths. The supply and demand improvement of the coal and steel industry is due to the strong promotion of the structural reform on the supply side, moisture-proof, break proof and other protective measures. Safety miner's lamp or safety lamp below 11V shall be used for lighting in the hole. Hole operators should wear work gloves and insulating rubber shoes
