At the same time, the conference commended the top ten outstanding craftsmen of Shanghai producer service enterprises, and Wang Jianmin, the assembly and commissioning technician of KOMA power assembly, won this honor

in February 2004, Wang Jianmin joined KOMA (Shanghai) Engineering Co., Ltd. and became a member of the commissioning Department of the powertrain assembly division. As a commissioning technician, he has been working in the front line of the customer site. Time flies, time flies! After 14 years of experience, Wang Jianmin has changed from an astringent young man to a professional and reliable excellent debugging technician with a minimum of 3 items. He has participated in more than 40 projects from the engine assembly line project, the auxiliary equipment project in the engine processing line to the gearbox assembly line project and the engine cylinder head sub assembly line project, and played a key role in the commissioning of complex stations, which has won wide recognition and praise from customers

Wang Jianmin said that due to the different spirit of the customers, he failed to accept the key equipment debugging work in person. He said he was honored to receive this award, thanked the company for providing this platform, and thanked his colleagues for their support and affirmation of his work. In the best years of my youth, I met KOMA. In the 14 years since joining KOMA, I have witnessed the development and growth of KOMA while growing and improving myself. Xue Yingying, Wang Jianmin's manager, said that Wang Jianmin deserved this honor. He is an excellent debugging technician and one of the members of KOMA powertrain assembly technology expert group. He always takes the project requirements as his personal work goal, and does things for improvement with a focused and down-to-earth attitude.
